COSC 1436 - Programming Fundamentals I

Prerequisites / Corequisite
Prerequisites: Math 1348 or Math 2412-minimum grade of C or Department Chair consent

Introduces the fundamental concepts of structured programming. Topics include software development methodology, data types, control structures, functions, arrays and the mechanics of running, testing and debugging. This course assumes computer literacy.

Hours (4 sem hrs; 3 lec, 2 lab)
