The Microcomputer Software Specialist Certificate is not only for IT professionals, but for any person who desires to increase his or her opportunity for employment in various industries. Focusing on Microsoft Office, it prepares students for the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) exam. Additional courses include web development for basic web site creation and computer operations, file management and desktop computer security such as installing virus protection software and firewalls.
