Upon completion of this curriculum, a certificate will be awarded. The certificate award enables the student to sit for national certification exams.
A grade of C or higher is required for satisfactory completion of all courses in the curriculum.
To continue in the program, a student may repeat a course one time, and may repeat no more than two courses while enrolled in the program. The term repeat shall be interpreted to mean re-enrollment following withdrawal, drop or an unsatisfactory grade for a course.
A student seeking entry into the Clinical Medical Assistant program must file a specific program application and complete additional admission procedures. Application information is located on the MDCA web site.
Students enrolled in the Clinical Medical Assistant Program will be charged a non-refundable fee of $379.50 each semester for access to the online ATI learning system and ATI reviews modules to help them prepare for certification exams in both clinical and administrative courses.
