Prepares students for positions requiring management training in one of the following areas: Business Management, Culinary/Food Service Management, Entrepreneurship, Hospitality/Hotel Management, Marketing Management or Recording Arts Management. Students completing their curriculum may qualify to enter a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree program at a four-year institution. Students seeking a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Management should follow the Business Administration degree plan.
