A degree in Environmental Science will equip students with essential and practical experience that could lead to a career in the environmental sector or a range of other occupations. Our research confirms the relevance of environmental related disciplines in the Texas Panhandle region.  A degree in Environmental Science promotes sustainable practices to allow agriculture to remain the primary industry of Texas without further depleting its natural resources.  AC’s Environmental Science degree will lead to transferability and the option to earn a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree.
