Prepares students with the foundation for all Industrial Technology programs. Amarillo College supports and strongly encourages students to work in their chosen field while enrolled in the program. If a student is employed in an occupation that relates directly to the program content, the College will work closely with the employer to establish co-operative education agreements that can result in credit for any of the courses in this credential. With instructor approval and under guidance from their academic advisor, students can build a cooperative education plan for up to four courses under this certificate or degree plan.
