Industrial maintenance technicians are sought after by manufacturing companies, power plants, refineries, and other industrial facilities, to maintain and repair electrical and mechanical components and systems on industrial machinery and equipment to provide smooth operations and minimize downtime. A career in industrial maintenance offers work in a variety of fields, requiring a combination of technical skills.
Program Requirements
*All Associate (AA, AS) degrees and Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degrees have a 1 credit hour institutional requirement of EDUC 1100: First Year Seminar.
