LGLA 1353 - Wills, Trusts and Probate Administration

Prerequisites / Corequisite
Prerequisite: LGLA 1307 and BCIS 1305 or Department Chair consent

This course presents fundamental concepts of the law of wills, trusts and probate administration with emphasis on the paralegal’s role.
