Agriculture Management

Amarillo College does not offer an Agriculture Management Degree, however through a collaborative partnership between Amarillo College and South Plains College in Levelland, Texas, students in the Amarillo College service area are able to complete the curriculum for an Associate of Science Degree in Agriculture.

Amarillo College and South Plains College have established a collaborative partnership that enables South Plains College to offer the Agriculture program to students in the Amarillo College service area. Students will be able to complete the curriculum for an Associate of Science Degree in Agriculture online through South Plains College. One of the most intensive agricultural producing areas of the world is located on the Texas High Plains. Extensive production in  this area assures excellent employment opportunities for the  student who is seriously considering a career in the agricultural industry. This curriculum is designed to provide the first two years of study toward a bachelor’s degree in agriculture. Students who complete the Associate of Science degree will have fundamental skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary for job entry in various fields of agriculture.
