COSC 1300 - Introduction to Computing
Prerequisites / Corequisite
Prerequisite: RDNG 0321-minimum grade of C or a score on a state-approved test indicating readiness for RDNG 0331
The student will develop the ability to use computer-based technology in communicating, acquiring information and solving problems. Additionally, the student will evaluate the effects and implications of information technology on various aspects of society.
Hours (3 sem hrs; 2 lec, 3 lab)
Notes
COSC 1300 may not be applied towards a computer science major or minor.
