The following program of study follows the Communication Field of Study Curricula for Advertising/Public Relations, Journalism, and Mass Communication/Radio-TV as adopted by the Higher Education Coordinating Board. Students who follow this curricula will be able to major in the above fields of study and transfer between 12 and 15 hours of course work in these major program options to public two-year and four-year institutions in Texas.
