Prepares students for entry level, supervisory and management positions within the food service industry; casual dining, fast food, schools, hospitals, retirement facilities, country clubs, and family owned restaurants. Students completing their curriculum may qualify to enter a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree program at a 4-year institution.
